Meet Your Physiotherapist
Hi, I’m Philomena (Philly) Caracciolo. I’m a registered physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University (2017). I’ve worked in both private practice and hospital settings in the Perth area, and I’ve continued to expand my training in acupuncture, the McKenzie Method® (lumbar and cervical), and pelvic health through all three Pelvic Health Solutions courses.
My approach is practical, person-centred, and rooted in the biopsychosocial model. I want you to feel supported, informed, and actively involved in your own care. Whether we’re working on pain, mobility, injury recovery, or pelvic health, my goal is to help you move with more ease and confidence in your daily life.
Alongside my clinical work, I enjoy running workshops on prehab, pelvic health, and injury prevention. Teaching people to understand their bodies and feel empowered in their movement is something I value deeply.
Outside of work, I love snowboarding, keeping up a bit of my gymnastics background, and experimenting with woodturning on the lathe. Most of all, I enjoy spending time adventuring and laughing with my two young sons and my supportive husband. I bring the same energy, curiosity, and care to my physiotherapy practice as I do to everything I’m passionate about.
